Feline FIP Consultation — Independent Written Review (PDF in 24h)

€132.40

A written FIP case review from an independent veterinarian — how firm the diagnosis really is, what the treatment options are, and what to monitor. Returned as a PDF within 24 hours.

An FIP diagnosis arrives fast, and almost always without enough explanation. Sometimes it is right. Sometimes the numbers fit something else entirely, and nobody has gone back to check.

I am Dr. Alex Strelkov, a veterinary doctor with 18+ years in clinical practice. This is a one-time paid review of your cat’s own records — there is no clinic behind it selling you the next test or the next course, so the report says what the evidence supports and, just as plainly, what it does not.

What the report covers:

  • How firmly the FIP diagnosis is actually supported by what has been done so far, and what would confirm or weaken it
  • Your blood work read properly — total protein, albumin/globulin ratio, bilirubin, haematology — alongside effusion analysis, imaging and any PCR results
  • Which differentials remain open, and the specific tests that would separate them
  • Treatment considerations for your local veterinarian, including what monitoring during and after treatment should look like
  • Realistic expectations, relapse signs, and the red flags that mean hands-on care today

How it works. After payment you receive a voucher with a link to the clinical questionnaire. Choose Cat, describe the case, and attach blood work, effusion results, ultrasound and photographs. There is no appointment to book. The written report comes back within 24 hours.

Please read. For cats only — FIP is a feline disease. This is a telemedicine second opinion, not a prescription service: a prescription is only valid from the clinic that examines your cat, and this review is written so your own veterinarian can act on it. It is not emergency care. A cat that is collapsed, breathless, jaundiced or has stopped eating needs to be seen today.
